The Dog Bite
For the time of the dog bite (known within about one minute of clock time), all the planet-centered charts were examined, along with the birth chart. Because the birth chart shows potential for accidents, the trine of transiting Uranus to the birth Mars and the Sun supports the potential. However, the Venus, Mars and Jupiter-centered charts tell the story graphically, and with the kind of precision all astrologers hope for.
Mars = Breaking (the skin), Pain, Bite Jupiter = Blood, change of awareness Venus= Blood, Cosmetic Appearance
While the topocentric (birth) chart showed some long-range aspects that reflect the potential for such an injury, the transits showed only one aspect to suggest a bleeding injury.
The orbs of aspects from transiting planets listed in these three examples are within one degree and are typical of what you would expect to find in the topocentric charts. The remarkable aspects are from transiting moons. The moons, particularly Phobos and Deimos, move very rapidly. Phobos completes a circuit of the chart in just over seven hours and Deimos in one and a quarter days! A transiting planetary moon only remains within a one degree orb for a few minutes. Thus, for the moons to form aspects with such precise orbs is an elegant proof of astrology.
In the Venus-centered chart we expect to find indications of relationships and love. We also will find issues concerning blood (from veins) and cosmetic issues involved with injuries.
Transiting Sun semi-sextile Uranus 18’ sudden setback
Transiting Mercury semi-sextile Juno 12’ partner is present/involved
Transiting Jupiter square Juno 3’ expand away from partner
Transiting Uranus Sesquisquare Pluto 24’ precipitate action
Transiting Neptune opposition Sun 19’ paralyzed circulation
Transiting Pluto opposition Earth 35’ unexpected event
Transiting Pluto square Mercury 16’ hasty action
Transiting Juno quincunx Mercury 16’ communication interrupted
Transiting Juno quincunx Neptune 51’ partner adapts creatively
Transiting Juno trine Earth 35’ partner provides reference
The Mars-Centered Chart
{Note that the aspect lines in the chart relate to the transit (outer) ring.}
In the Mars-centered chart we can look for the bite itself and the ensuing pain. Among quite a large number of aspects there are four within less than one degree of orb:
Transiting Deimos conjunct birth Uranus 10 minutes Sudden, desire to separate
Transiting Mercury conjunct birth Deimos 24 minutes Movement, Competition
Transiting Saturn conjunct Phobos 4 minutes Injury, reckless
Transiting Pluto opposition Saturn 41 minutes Violence, Teeth
The Jupiter-Centered Chart
The Jupiter-centered chart addresses the issue of bleeding and incidentally indicates the ugliness of the wounds (the Sun quincunx Venus aspect).

Transiting Uranus sextile Io 23 minutes Community logic
Transiting Callisto conjunct Ganymede >1 minute (!) Outburst, frenzy
Transiting Neptune conjunct Mars 26 minutes Possible infection
Transiting Mars conjunct Pluto 13 minutes Brutality
Transiting Sun quincunx Venus 2 minutes Beauty changed
Transiting Pluto quincunx Uranus 35 minutes Destructive force
Conclusion
While I began using planet-centered charts for esoteric and transpersonal astrology purposes, I have long been convinced that financial astrologers could use these charts with great success to predict fluctuation in stock prices or other purposes. I have done no research in that direction, and I hope someone will try these charts on their favorite stocks. In addition, you can easily identify daily events and seemingly less significant transitions and situations through the use of planet-centered astrology.
